To access your voicemail outside of the court call one of the following numbers and enter your 4 digit extension and pin:

COA: 919-831-3635

 

1. Dial your Office Phone Number (Ex. 919-831-5700)

2. Wait for several dial tones as you enter your voicemail greeting

3. During the voicemail greeting, press the ‘*’ (Asterisk) button on your phone device

a. Keep in mind – if you are using a cellphone, such as an iPhone, you may have to press the keypad icon on your phone in order to display the keypad characters.

4. The voice announcer will ask for your “ID” – this is your office number 

(Ex. 919-831-5700)

5. After entering your office number, press ‘#’ (Pound)

6. The voice announcer will ask for your “password”

7. Enter your voicemail passcode and press ‘#’ (Pound) again

8. You have now accessed your voicemail inbox

a. Press ‘1’ to access your current voicemail messages
